MFP

Hi all:

The first card below is for Mark's Finest Papers Simple Salutations Challenge #79.  The theme this week is to create a project using the colors black and white.  I used one of  my so very underused Prima Doll stamps for this one.  I hate to admit it though, I have no idea what her name is.  Some day, I will sit down and actually figure out which one is which!  The paper is by Me & My Big Ideas.  It is a predominantly black and white sheet stack, and so it was no muss no fuss to it.

The next card up was created for the Inspirational Challenge; also at MFP.  Our inspiration for this week?  Puppy Dogs! Gotta love it.  And lucky me, one of the inspiration photos is of a dog wearing a black, white and red sweater and I already had the black and white stack out.

This is what I came up with

And I just had to pop in a pic of my baby Maxx
(Spoiled!)

And lastly....
Again at Mark's Finest Papers, the color challenge for the week is pink and black/brown.  I chose to use pink and black hearts patterned paper.  I added a strip of grosgrain ribbon, flower bling and several flowers as embellishments.

I totally enjoy these weekly challenges.  Even when I think that it's not my best work. But it still is plenty of fun and keeps me scrappin'!

Goodnight all!

Renee

HI, Renee. All of your projects are great. I am a dog lover and I like the second one the best. How cute that you added the puppy on a leash to the girl. A very creative idea. I have the doggie stamp, I will l have to remember that. Your baby Maxx is cute and I think it is quite all right to spoil them. They deserve it. Thank you, so much, for joining us for the Speedy TV Inspiration challenge. I hope you will join us again next week.

I love all your projects. I think my favourite is the scrapbook page - I love looking at other people's pages. I would love to get back to scrapbooking.

Your first card was beautiful. I love the dark skin tones you used on your doll. She's beautiful against the paper you used. It inspires me to experiment with other Copic colours than my standard first reach. Thank you for joining so many MFP's Challenges and for sharing your art.

Great projects Renee, but you know my fav is the layout (smile). I love working with old photos, don't you? I learn so much about my family members from their photos. Thanks so much for playing in the MFP SpeedyTV Color Challenge this week. Blessings!
