Simon Wednesday Challenge #2

Hi all:
Just a quick post.
I couldn't fall asleep tonight and decided that I would make a couple of cards.  Figuring that if I sat at my desk for a while I would eventually tire out and head off to bed.  So, we - shall - see......

Well, in my previous post I said that I was entering a card into the http://www.simonsaysstampblog.com/wednesdaychallenge.  The card below is a second card that I'll be entering into this challenge.
