About Me

My photo

Well, I can't really tell you allllll about me! LOL. But I can tell you that I'm a wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin, and Christian. And I love scrapbooking, card making, painting, and altered art.  I love to coordinate parties with themes and come up with new ways to incorporate paper art into them.   I enjoy working with my hands and making something out of nothing.  It's such a wonderful thing to know that there are so many beautiful women out there who share the same passion for this hobby....ART! that I do. I draw inspiration from everything around me and from people like you! So, let's get scrappin'!

Hi all:

Just a quick post and photo of the latest card made for the challenge over at Mark's Finest Papers Sketch with a Twist.  I've been missing in action from their challenges for a little while.  Of course, there was so much to do, and so little time when it comes to crafting and scrapping that I had to put some of my fun challenge stuff on hold.  Hopefully, I can get back into the swing of things and begin joining in on the challenge blogs that I've missed.

This is the sketch that we were challenged to use and this is the card that I came up with

Products used: Neenah patterned kraft card stock, Details & Accessories brown satin ribbon;
stamps are by My Mind's Eye "Enlightened"

Until next time

Totally understand about the idea of time slipping away from you. Love the use of the patterned paper here. Thanks for sharing with us on MFP's Sketch with a Twist.
